    Ordering From Maniac

    All Parts are fully New unless labeled Remanufactured or Reconditioned. Your order may include a substitution of an equal or better rated part. You may order a Remanufactured and get a New or Your description may say Nippondenso Style and you may get a Bosch replacement. All Guaranteed to work great and be of equal or better value.

    We very much want your business, but if you are ordering a part that a shop will install, please check with their policies about getting your own part - most shops frown on this and it might be trouble for you (and us).

    IF YOU ARE ORDERING AN ITEM WITH A 'CORE VALUE', YOUR SHOPPING CART DOES NOT SHOW THE CORE VALUE DETAIL. Once shipping / tracking details are uploaded to your confirmation, the core will show itemized. (Also check anytime in the description of the Item for the amount you will be refunded). All orders within the 48 states are shipped with a core return label. WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR YOUR CORE. Use the same box and the label to return your original unit (core) within 30 days for core credit. Also your Core label has all the reference we need to refund your order. Refunds are normally issued within 2-3 days of arrival. Cores returned after 30 days have been replaced and will not receive full value. When using UPS Pick Up service to pick up your core package, be sure to have the package ready for UPS. We will discount all surcharges charged for unsuccessful pick up attempts. Cores must be returned undamaged to receive full core value credit. Please pack your returns well to prevent damage. If it is loose in the box it will be damaged.

    Ordering Component parts for your own rebuild project such as Regulator, Rectifier, Armature, Bearings, Solenoid, Drive, Brushes can not be returned for refund. In the rare event there is a defective component part it may be exchanged. If you order a component part that was verified by the description to fit, but does not, please attach pictures of your rebuilding unit, with OE number view and a view of the component to be replaced with your return request.

     Thanks again... I just wanted to let you know I just had your alternator installed and besides it working...it supersedes my expectations in every way. Runs quieter, efficient, and just over whelmed by the output power. The auto tech who installed noticed a huge difference in charging and told me that my old/stock alternator almost appeared as it was over charging or running to hard at simple idol. The power using a volt meter on the old alternator was jumping pretty heavily vs. the new alternator which was constant at idol and over 2500/3000 rpm. I hope this helps solve my drainage issue. Thanks again for all your support and I will highly recommend you as a very honest and trust worthy company.

    Warranty Period: Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

    Replacement Part(s): Replacement parts provided as warranty replacement carry the remainder of the original warranty term.

    Refunds: We reserves the right to refund your money instead of replacing or repairing a product.

    Commercial Use: The warranty period for parts installed or for use on commercial vehicles expires 90 days from the date of original purchase, regardless of what may be printed on the front of your receipt.

    What is not covered: This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty.
