We offer discount prices on starters and alternators because we build them right with the best quality parts available. How is that a savings? Warranties are COSTLY and since we have much lower than industry average warranty return rate, we save money, so we can pass these savings to you. You will be pleasantly surprised at our excellent service to remedy any issue you might have with your purchase.

All Parts are fully remanufactured unless labeled NEW or RECONDITIONED. Your order may include a substitution of an equal or better rated part. You may order a Remanufactured and get a New or Your description may say Nippondenso Style and you may get a Bosch replacement. All Guaranteed to work great and be of equal or better value.

We very much want your business, but if you are ordering a part that a shop will install, please check with their policies about getting your own part - most shops frown on this and it might be trouble for you (and us).

Shipping Information:

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (CT) will ship the same day. After 3:00 (CT) will be next day. If this can not be the case you will be notified with refund option if needed.

Special Order High Output Alternators usualy take 2-3 days to process. A few units take up to two weeks to engineer. You will need to check before order about process time on Performance Alternators.

YOUR SHOPPING CART DOES NOT SHOW THE CORE VALUE DETAIL. All orders are sold with the core value attached. You will be sent a detailed invoice showing this refundable core charge (Also check the description of the Item for the amount you will be refunded). All orders within the 48 states are shipped with a core return label. WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR YOUR CORE. Use the same box and the label to return your original unit (core) within 30 days for core credit. Also your Core label has all the reference we need to refund your order. Refunds are normally issued within 2-3 days of arrival. Cores returned after 30 days have been replaced and will not receive full value.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders must be returned back to us by the 14th day from the day you received it for refund. We take great care to process your order. Please diagnose your vehicle prior to purchase. Many parts are returned because the vehicle was diagnosed after purchase and something else found faulty. We are the manufacturers of most items sold. All returns have to go back through production, add to excessive inventory, and cause our greatest cost of business. To keep the price of our quality parts down, we charge 20% for returned parts. If you need to return the unit you ordered please contact us by phone or email with reason for return. Shipping cost for return is your responsibility and using a prepaid 'core' return label to return for refund will result in that expense being deducted from your refund. Return your order within 14 days of receiving for refund minus 20% and shipping charges.

Please confirm your correct part order prior to purchase. If your car has two separate cooling fans, know if you need the Condenser Cooling Fan or the Radiator Cooling Fan. If there are different engine sizes options, please verify which one before ordering. Many details can be hard to determine, but needed to make a correct order. Guessing and ordering wrong (only to return) makes it very difficult to stay competitive for small businesses. If you need more information about restocking charges and the reason, please cal 972-557-5768. If you are unsure that your order is correct, it might be best to let the installation shop handle the purchase for you.

Due to Production and Engineering of Performance Alternators there will be a 20% plus shipping charges charged on returns and cancellation of High Output Performance Alternators.

WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR LOW WARRANTY RATE. ORIGINAL OR AFTERMARKET ELECTRICAL PARTS HAVE A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF FAILURE. EVEN BEING NEW, WE CATCH MOST OF THESE DEFECTIVE PARTS THROUGH OUR RIGOROUS TESTING. ALL STARTERS AND ALTERNATORS ARE FULLY TESTED BEFORE THEY SHIP. ALMOST ALL CALLS FOR WARRANTIES WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK ARE NOT DUE TO DEFECT. THESE UNITS ARE RETURNED IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. THERE IS AN EXISTING OVERLOOKED ISSUE OR INSTALLATION PROBLEM. THE COST FOR US OF SENDING A REPLACEMENT AND GETTING THE GOOD UNIT BACK JUST RAISES THE COST FOR EVERYONE. WE ARE HASSLE-FREE AND WILL TAKE CARE OF WARRANTY CLAIMS. INSPECT AND CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE THE COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM BEFORE ORDER AND HAVE ORDER INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INSTALLING OR TESTING A STARTER OR ALTERNATOR WITH WEAK OR BAD BATTERY WILL ALWAYS RESULT IN POOR RESULTS AND POSSIBLY RUIN YOUR NEW PURCHASE.

2 OPTIONS FOR WARRANTY EXCHANGE:

1. QUICKEST. Order a warranty replacement. Return defective unit within 7 days of receiving replacement using a prepaid shipping label. You will receive full refund for replacement order when the defective unit is returned.

CORES
Cores must be returned undamaged to receive full core value credit. Please pack your returns well to prevent damage. If it is loose in the box it will be damaged. If you send a Good Functioning Part back for warranty, you will be required to pay any necessary future shipping.

 Thanks again... I just wanted to let you know I just had your alternator installed and besides it working...it supersedes my expectations in every way. Runs quieter, efficient, and just over whelmed by the output power. The auto tech who installed noticed a huge difference in charging and told me that my old/stock alternator almost appeared as it was over charging or running to hard at simple idol. The power using a volt meter on the old alternator was jumping pretty heavily vs. the new alternator which was constant at idol and over 2500/3000 rpm. I hope this helps solve my drainage issue. Thanks again for all your support and I will highly recommend you as a very honest and trust worthy company.

This Limited Warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Texas, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Warranty Period: Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Replacement Part(s): Replacement parts provided as warranty replacement carry the remainder of the original warranty term.

Refunds: We reserves the right to refund your money instead of replacing or repairing a product.

Commercial Use: The warranty period for parts installed or for use on commercial vehicles expires 90 days from the date of original purchase, regardless of what may be printed on the front of your receipt.

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty.
