I have a warranty
After 30 days we can not refund your purchase. Your purchase has a warranty that extends past the available return time. We have two options for warranty exchange:

1: QUICKEST: Order a replacement. Return the defective one within 14 days of receiving the replacement (using the prepaid shipping label, if you are within the continental U.S. 48 states). Please use fill out and submit form below before ordering replacement.

2: Request a shipping label* below to send the defective part in for exchange.

*Shipping on warranty claims is only provided for the Continental 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, must pay all shipping charges. We will not be able to provide return labels for warranty exchanges if your order had previously incurred shipping surcharges for failed delivery or pick up attempts.

WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR LOW WARRANTY RATE. ORIGINAL OR AFTERMARKET ELECTRICAL PARTS HAVE A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF FAILURE. EVEN BEING NEW, WE CATCH MOST OF THESE DEFECTIVE PARTS THROUGH OUR RIGOROUS TESTING. ALL STARTERS AND ALTERNATORS ARE FULLY TESTED BEFORE THEY SHIP. ALMOST ALL CALLS FOR WARRANTIES WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK ARE NOT DUE TO DEFECT. THESE UNITS ARE RETURNED IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. THERE IS AN EXISTING OVERLOOKED ISSUE OR INSTALLATION PROBLEM. OTHER ISSUES ARE DUE TO THE NOT TYPICAL DRIVING CONDITIONS. CARS THAT ARE MOSTLY PARKED OR ONLY RACED OCCASIONALLY IS NOT TYPICAL. NOT TYPICAL USAGE OF PARTS CAN HAVE UNINTENDED EFFECTS THAT CAUSE THE PREMATURE WEAR OR DAMAGE. THE COST FOR US OF SENDING A REPLACEMENT AND GETTING THE GOOD UNIT BACK, OR NON-TYPICAL USAGE DAMAGE JUST RAISES THE COST FOR EVERYONE. INSPECT AND CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE THE COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM BEFORE ORDER AND HAVE ORDER INSTALLED CORRECTLY. PLEASE USE VEHICLES FOR THERE INTENDED TYPICAL USE. INSTALLING AND USING A STARTER OR ALTERNATOR WITH WEAK OR BAD BATTERY WILL ALWAYS RESULT IN POOR RESULTS AND POSSIBLY RUIN YOUR NEW PURCHASE.
